The OneLinc Business Plan 2019-21 is our new business plan and is split into 4 distinct sections.  Below are key highlights from our action plan to help us achieve our purpose, ‘Creating the right environment for people to flourish.’

Modern and Excellent Services

  • Undertake ‘customer journey mapping’ against 4 service areas

  • Undertake an exercise to map out customer demand via the customer contact centre

  • Develop a data strategy and action plan

  • Develop a Self-Service Board Portal

  • Dynamic CRM system in Place and a replacement finance system

  • Develop a new Tenant Engagement Strategy

  • To support 100 tenants to sustain their tenancies through support provided by our STRIVE in house support team

Prosperous Business

  • Appoint a Procurement and Value for money lead officer

  • Extend Community Benefit Clauses across development and assets

  • Develop our Welsh Language approach with a new Welsh Language Scheme and Action Plan

  • Achieve ‘Investors in Diversity’ status through accreditation with the National Centre for Diversity

  • Assurance mapping framework utilised throughout Linc service areas

  • Review the leadership and management of food hygiene across care and ensure system of assurance is appropriate for all environments

  • Review the business performance of the Nursing Homes and develop effective strategies to maximise returns

Wellbeing and Personal Development

  • Review all staff terms and conditions

  • Leadership programme delivered to Executive & Senior Leadership, line managers and modernisation project leads

  • Develop a Health and Wellbeing Strategy

  • Sign the mental health ‘Time to Change’ pledge and develop an action plan to progress

  • Reduce the reliance on agency staff in nursing

  • Strengthen our approach to safeguarding

New Business and Growth

  • Review funding strategy

  • Establish a property sales subsidiary

  • Deliver an additional 210 new homes

  • Research and review models of extra care and community living for older people and appraise all existing and planned developments to ensure clarity over alternative uses and options

  • Source additional grant sources in addition to Social Housing Grant and Innovative Housing Programme

  • Plan for social care services developed and growth areas identified
